Fonctionnement
Four-column structure with upper plunger cylinder (above) acting as the press ram and lower plunger cylinder (below) cooperating to complete the compression and ejection. An auxiliary cylinder feeds powder into the die. Operator selects mode (jog, semi-auto, or full auto) on the touchscreen; for fixed-pressure forming, the press holds at set pressure for a programmed time then auto-returns. Adjustment screws on the upper and lower cylinders set product thickness and tightness independently. The slider rides on guide bushings on the four columns; the upper-cylinder rod is flange-coupled to the slider for tooling installation. The hydraulic station uses a dual-pump supply system with suction filter, breather, oil-level gauge, and clean-out port.
