Fonctionnement
Empty oil bottles travel along the 114.3 mm POM conveyor and are counted by photoelectric sensors. The 8-head filler descends nozzles into bottle openings. Roots-type flow meters measure precise volume per nozzle (verified by high-resolution pulse encoders); the dual-stroke pneumatic nozzle dispenses fast (~80%) then slow (~20%) to prevent foaming/overflow. After filling, each nozzle's independent vacuum device recovers drip oil. Bottles transfer to the SED-CG-L capper (single-head, 10–20 bpm, simulates manual screw motion); then to the SED-60LF-L induction sealer for aluminium-foil bonding via electromagnetic induction; then to the SED-100PMJ-L inkjet coder for batch/date/barcode printing; finally to the SED-FX-L top/bottom drive case sealer.
