The SED-8YTG-Z is an 8-head, dual-rail, in-line liquid filling and capping monobloc designed for 25-60 mL plastic bottles (e.g., syrups). Bottles enter on two parallel rails with cylinder positioning, are filled by 8 × 3

Fonctionnement
Bottles arrive at the dual-rail in-line filling station via the SED-800Z-Z 800mm rotary feeder; pneumatic cylinders position them precisely. Eight 316L metering pumps dose liquid through filling needles that lift with the liquid level to prevent foaming. Filled bottles are transferred to a 26-position rotary indexing plate; an electromagnetic vibration sorter feeds aluminum caps onto the cap track, and two three-jaw magnetic rotary heads apply and torque the caps. Sensors enforce no-bottle/no-cap interlocks; the PLC counts output and stops on missing bottles.
