Fonctionnement
Bottles are conveyed in single file through the filler. An infeed photoelectric sensor counts and a stopper holds bottles for the bottle-clamper to engage. Eight servo-driven pistons draw liquid from the heated/agitated storage tank via pneumatic pump valves and dispense through the adjustable nozzles. Pneumatic filling valves and nozzle valves open/close to control flow; the lever level-meter coordinates with the pump to maintain tank level. After fill, the outfeed sensor counts bottles released to the downstream capper.
