SED-8YSJ-D is a high-speed, large-format UV mesh-belt printer for wide-width digital printing applications: oversized posters, lightbox film, exhibition graphics, signage, and commercial output. Prints up to 1800mm wide

Fonctionnement

Roll-to-roll mesh-belt transport advances substrate under a moving carriage carrying 1–8 i3200 piezo on-demand inkjet heads. A high-precision optical encoder + Japanese servo motor + closed-loop control positions the carriage; resin UV ink is jetted in 2/4/6-pass modes (draft to high-precision); a water-cooled LED UV lamp cures the ink immediately after deposition. Auto-lifting print head adapts to substrate thickness; constant-tension take-up keeps the substrate flat through the wide rubber roll + steel roller transport.
