Fonctionnement

Tablets, capsules or pills are loaded into the upper hopper (30 L). Electromagnetic vibration troughs separate them onto eight parallel feeding channels with closed-loop vibration-frequency control so material flows evenly without overlap. Each channel passes a customized infrared photoelectric counter (combined-detection patent ZL201621352911.1); the counter recognises every passing piece. When the set count is reached, a Japan-SMC cylinder + USA-MAC high-speed solenoid valve closes a small gate within nanoseconds and the dose drops through a tilted parabolic chute into the bottle waiting below. The waiting bottle is held in position by a stop fixture; on completion it advances and a new empty bottle takes its place.

Channels and chutes are tool-free disassembly for cleaning between batches; dust-removal cycle time and interval set in HMI. Wipe stainless surfaces with damp cloth; do not let water enter PLC or solenoid valve block.
