Fonctionnement
Bottles arriving from upstream equipment are stopped at the filling station by a bottle-stop electromagnet on the conveyor track. Product is fed from the 16 L hopper onto the 8-channel corrugated vibration plates, which evenly transport individual pieces to the photoelectric counting head. Each piece is counted by the photoelectric sensor as it falls into the counting chamber; when the preset quantity is reached the machine releases the batch into the waiting bottle. A bottle-presence photoelectric sensor on the left side of the track detects empty bottles; if no bottle is present, the vibration system stops automatically. The electromagnet then releases, and the filled bottle is conveyed to the next process.

Tool-less disassembly of vibration plates and side panels in under 2 minutes. Hopper can be rotated/lifted to unload and clean residual material. Glass door opens for in-machine cleaning. Wipe stainless steel surfaces with damp cloth. Clean before each production run and after each shift. Do not allow water to enter the electrical control cabinet or photoelectric sensors.
