Fonctionnement
Tablets/capsules from the hopper are conveyed by a three-stage vibration feeding system uniformly and in order (no tablet overlap) to the detection channel inlet. Vision imaging detection counts each particle. Once the per-bottle preset count is reached, channel mini-gates (patented integrated structure) split the dose, which is buffered by the pre-store gate before dropping into the bottle. A bottle-change device indexes to the next bottle for the next fill cycle.
