Fonctionnement

Material is loaded manually into the hopper and fed by a multi-stage linear vibration system (coarse feed then fine feed). The vision system uses a line-scan CCD camera with an attitude-adjustment plate to single out particles as they fall. A single-camera image recognition system counts pieces in real time. Once the preset count is reached, the counted batch is discharged to the packaging machine at the designated bagging station.
