Fonctionnement

Tablets/capsules are loaded into the top hopper; primary and final-stage vibration feeders separate the bulk into single-file streams down multi-level stepped sliding tracks. Each item falls through one of 8 infrared dynamic-scanning detection channels — generating a signal to a high-speed MCU that counts and controls each channel's independent gate. Once the preset count is reached, the gate releases to fill the bottle. Independent gates enable pre-counting and bottle-filling to occur simultaneously, increasing throughput. A cylinder-positioning escapement then advances the filled bottle out for the next process.
