Fonctionnement
Roll-film magazine feeds up to 3 layers of film simultaneously. Synchronized punch-and-fold station cuts the cosmetic mask and aligns auxiliary film 100%. The folded mask is loaded into the pouch material, which is formed into bags inline (saving 30% packaging cost). High-end metering pump injects serum (±1 g accuracy). Heat-seal die seals the bag, then steel-stamping forms easy-tear notch / hang-hole. A robotic arm counts and discharges product. Whole process runs inside protective enclosure to prevent contamination.
