Fonctionnement

Granule material is fed by a 4-bucket vibration feeder into electronic weighing scales. When set weight is reached, a photoelectric sensor triggers turntable rotation and discharge into the bottle. Belt elevator with vibrator feeds material into the hopper with auto-shutoff at full and auto-feed at empty. Capper uses belt clamping for bottle positioning, automatic cap unscrambling, four-wheel rolling capping with constant-torque heads and electromagnetic anti-loosening torque adjustment.
