Fonctionnement
Tablets undergo complex constant-track movement with easy and smooth turning in a clean closed rotational cylinder. Coating medium is sprayed automatically according to process flow and parameters via Japanese spray gun (air pressure 0.29-0.39 MPa). Hot air enters through centrifugal fan, passes through three-stage filtration (primary + high efficiency) to 100,000-class purity, then through electrothermal heat exchanger. Exhaust fan under negative pressure draws air through the tablet bed, drying coating quickly to form a firm, smooth surface film. Negative pressure, air flow, and temperature are controlled by PLC and displayed on touch screen.
