Material is heated under vacuum while a 5.5 kW vacuum pump removes air and humidity, accelerating drying. Round-tube heater layout eliminates upper-lower temperature differential. Arc-transition interior walls and arch top prevent condensate from dripping onto trays. 80mm insulation layer prevents external condensation. Steam sterilization port allows pre-drying disinfection. Optional condenser recovers solvent.
