SED-8FZG-I Square Vacuum Dryer. Static-tray vacuum dryer with hot-water heated tubular heat-exchange shelves. 8 layers, 48 trays (460×640×45mm), interior 1520×1650×1400mm. Water vaporization rate 7.2 kg/m²·hr at 0.1 MPa

Fonctionnement
Material is heated under vacuum while a water-ring vacuum pump (ZBV5-111, 7.5 kW) removes air and humidity, accelerating drying. Higher vacuum and/or higher heating temperature both raise drying rate; combining both maximizes rate. Heating medium is hot water or steam circulated through disassembly-capable tubular shelves. Internal arc-rounded walls eliminate sanitary dead corners and prevent solvent condensate from dripping onto the top tray. Vent valve has built-in filter. Optional condenser recovers solvent; SK water-ring or ZSWJ water-jet vacuum pump can replace condenser to save investment.
