Fonctionnement

Wedge-shaped hollow blades are densely arranged on hollow shafts. Steam indirect heating flows through hollow shafts and shell jacket. The wedge blades create a compression-expansion stirring action, ensuring particles fully contact heat-transfer surfaces. Moisture is extracted above the discharge port by the exhaust fan, increasing drying intensity. Evaporated moisture is carried out of the dryer by the ventilation fan.
