Fonctionnement
Bottles enter on a conveyor and are spaced by a POM in-feed worm before being transferred to a large POM rotary turntable. As bottles rotate, 316L filling needles descend into each bottle and slowly rise during fill (driven by a ceramic dosing pump) to prevent foaming and dripping. Filled bottles continue to vibration-bowl-fed inner stopper and outer cap stations where rotary heads insert the inner stopper and screw on the outer cap with magnetic-torque (adjustable) drive, then are discharged. Photoelectric sensors enforce no-bottle, no-fill operation.
Processus de fonctionnement
