Fonctionnement
The vacuum feeder intermittently conveys material into the hopper. Multiple volumetric cups perform reciprocating push-pull metering across four lanes. Composite film (PE, PET, aluminium foil, etc.) is unwound and guided automatically. Longitudinal and transverse sealers heat simultaneously; four lanes are then die-cut into four-side-sealed pouches. Ribbon coding is applied before pouches are transferred to the outfeed conveyor. Servo motors ensure smooth cup travel; sealing-bar temperature deviation is kept within ±1 °C.
