Sachets dumped into the bowl are vibrated by an electromagnetic coil base; the helical track lifts and orients them. A horizontal single-lane discharge track ejects oriented sachets at the requested count, gated by an optical sensor wired into the Xinje PLC + Weintek touchscreen counter.
