Fonctionnement

Encoder/sync module measures product line speed; product-detection eye triggers print start. The PCBA fires HP TIJ 2.5 thermal-inkjet head nozzles in synchronization, ejecting drops onto the moving substrate to form text/barcode/image. Multi-thread controller buffers print data so editing, monitoring, ink calculation, and printing happen concurrently; dual-nozzle channel allows hot-swap if one nozzle degrades.
