Fonctionnement

Sachets/bags arrive at the in-feed lane and are arranged by the organising mechanism into the requested stack pattern. A pneumatic carton-flipping mechanism positions an opened carton; servo-driven loading arm transfers the stacked group into the carton. Photoelectric sensors verify carton quality and stock; PLC handles fault alarms and emergency stops. Loading height fixed at 950±50 mm.
