Fonctionnement
Composite film unwinds and passes through a buffer/printing station before being formed by the bag former. Vertical seal jaws (1-1, 2-1, 1-2, 2-2) build the dual lanes; optional easy-tear notch and color-mark registration (BANNER sensor) follow. A servo film-pulling unit indexes the web; bags are slit, opened at top and bottom by suction, opening is verified by sensors, then twin servo screw dosers fill product. Final top sealing closes both pouches simultaneously, and the servo trolley discharges them.
