Fonctionnement
Powder is volumetrically metered by a stainless steel open-feed-box screw filler driven by a servo motor. Dual film rolls are pulled by a PLC dual-paper-pulling system that automatically corrects film position via a motor-driven web alignment device. Vertical and horizontal heat-seal jaws (intelligent temperature control) form the bag; the metered fill is dispensed; a date code is printed before the sealed pack is conveyed away. Auto-counting and fault display are included.
