Fonctionnement
Tubes are loaded and oriented with an eye-mark color sensor, then filled volumetrically (5-260 ml). For plastic/composite tubes a Leister hot-air gun (LS3000) softens the laminate before pressing/sealing; for aluminum/lead tubes a mechanical fold seal is performed. A water chiller (SED-LSJ-D, 1.4 kW, R22) cools the sealing zone. Optional nitrogen flush (>0.15 MPa) is available for oxidation-sensitive products.
