Fonctionnement
Conveyor delivers product into the labeling zone. SICK sensors detect each product's leading edge; Leadshine stepper-driven traction units pull labels from upper and lower rolls past peeling plates. The press-top mechanism (additional Leadshine stepper-driven) holds the product flat while labels are applied simultaneously to top and bottom surfaces. Wecon HMI + Panasonic PLC manage timing and counts.
