Fonctionnement
Products are conveyed on a flat-belt transmission. SICK sensors detect each product; upper and lower stepper-motor-driven traction units pull labels from rolls past peeling plates. Peeled labels are applied to the top and bottom of the product simultaneously and pressed by rubber-covered strengthening rollers to ensure adhesion. Panasonic PLC + Samkoon HMI manage timing, count and speed.
