Fonctionnement

Operator manually loads pre-cut cartons into the magazine. Vacuum suction cups (SMC) pick and erect each carton into square shape; the bottom flap is closed and the carton enters the chain conveyor. A leaflet feeder picks and folds the leaflet 1-4 times per recipe, then deposits product and leaflet into the carton. Sensors (Omron) verify content; missing-content cartons are auto-rejected by an SMC cylinder. The downstream sealing station tucks the end flaps or applies hot-melt glue (optional Focke-Meler), then batch-codes and discharges the finished carton.
