Fonctionnement

The motor drives the bottle sorting disc via gear transmission. Bottles loaded into the hopper are carried upward through semicircular grooves in the rotating disc. As they pass through the flip-plate mechanism, any inverted bottle is automatically righted, delivering upright bottles to the outfeed conveyor for downstream processing.

Nettoyage et entretien

Before production: wipe machine outer surfaces and bottle-feed track with a clean damp cloth; wipe machine interior after opening the cover; clean inside and outside of hopper with a clean cloth followed by 75% industrial alcohol for disinfection. After each shift: wipe machine and track exterior with clean dry cloth.
