The SED-80KLB-X is a 4-lane, 4-side seal granular packaging machine designed for precise metering and filling of granular and powder materials such as pharmaceutical granules, tea powder, additives, glucose, and flavors.

Fonctionnement
The machine uses a multi-lane measuring cup filling system with a reciprocating push-pull motion driven by independent servo motors to precisely meter granular/powder materials. The material is fed via a vacuum feeder, filled into bags formed from roll film, and then sealed on four sides (4-side seal) before being cut into individual bags.

Nettoyage et entretien
No dead corners or exposed screws inside the machine; all internal surfaces are polished with rounded corners for easy cleaning. The measuring cups are easy to disassemble and clean. The hopper lid is sealed, and the whole machine is easy to wash down.
