SED-80GNF-G — High-Energy Pulverizer

The motor drives a turbine disc at 5,200 rpm, carrying swing knives that impact and shear material entering through the inclined hopper (or optional vacuum feed pipe). Material particles are also fractured by mutual collision and friction against the toothed ring, creating alternating pulverisation. Fan blades mounted on the disc generate a strong airflow that: (1) creates negative pressure at the inlet for automatic vacuum feeding; (2) removes a large volume of heat from the grinding chamber; (3) prevents screen clogging. Pulverised particles that meet the target fineness pass through the interchangeable screen (20–150 mesh). Optional cyclone separator or pulse dust collector at the exhaust port captures residual fine dust.
