Fonctionnement

Film is fed from the roll through the forming collar to create a back-sealed tube. A VFD-controlled drive combined with stepper-motor microstep technology advances the film by the programmed bag length (error <0.5 mm). After metered powder fills the tube, the horizontal heat-seal jaw seals and cuts each bag. An intelligent temperature controller maintains stable sealing temperature; an imported high-sensitivity color-mark photoeye ensures precise cut positioning.
