Fonctionnement
The motor drives the rotating grinding disc (rotor) at high speed. An adjustable gap of tens of micrometres is maintained between the rotor and the fixed grinding disc (stator). Material fed through the inlet enters the grinding chamber and is subjected to intense shearing, friction and high-frequency vibration between the rotor and stator, which instantly super-fines, grinds, emulsifies and homogenises the material before it exits through the outlet. The split-body structure facilitates disassembly and cleaning.
