Fonctionnement
Small bags discharged from the upstream packaging machine are detected by a background-suppression photoelectric sensor before entering the stacking mechanism. An 86-frame stepper motor drives the stacking mechanism to neatly stack the set number of bags and output them. A PLC and an inline square proximity switch synchronize operation with the upstream equipment for continuous counting and stacking.
