Fonctionnement
The microcomputer CNC system controls a closed-loop stepper feed motor (86×118) and roller feed mechanism to deliver material at constant speed. An SKD-11 high-speed steel cutter driven by a 250 W AC gear motor performs periodic cuts. A pin-type feed mechanism prevents material from being scratched, and an LCD display shows length and count in real time.
