The machine uses a unique triple-axis mechanism — swing, translational rotation, and oscillation (3D motion) — generating a powerful alternating pulse force that continuously drives the material. The resulting vortex has varying energy gradients, producing excellent mixing uniformity. The drum performs compound motion simultaneously on all three axes so material is continuously tumbled, sheared, and diffused inside for high-homogeneity blending.
