Fonctionnement

Horizontal ribbon mixer with double-helix spiral ribbons. Outer ribbon (larger diameter) moves material axially from both ends toward center; inner ribbon (smaller diameter) moves material from center toward both ends. Counter-flowing material streams create three-dimensional convection mixing without dead zones. 22 kW motor drives stirring axis at 45 r/min. Optional jacket for heating/cooling supports drying or reactive blending. Two 0.8 mm spray nozzles allow inline liquid addition. Pneumatic discharge cylinder ejects mixed batch into hopper.
