Fonctionnement

Convective hot-air drying: a fan at the top draws air into the cabinet and heats it via a 2000W electric heater. Hot air circulates freely through perforated stainless-steel shelves and is continuously exhausted to remove moisture, enabling fast drying and pre-warming of glassware. An intelligent temperature controller monitors internal temperature, regulates heating to the set point (ambient to 60°C), and provides over-temperature cut-off protection with real-time display.
