Fonctionnement
Cold ambient air is drawn into the machine, heated to the desired process temperature (via steam or heating element), and directed upward through the product container. The upward airflow fluidizes the granules/powder, causing vigorous particle movement that greatly accelerates moisture evaporation. The moist exhaust air is collected through pharmaceutical-grade bag filters before being discharged by the main fan. The fan operates at 110 kW to handle the 800 kg batch volume (2000 L container).
