Materials are fed into crushing chamber through feeding inlet and thrown to gear rings, where they are collided and crushed by high-speed rotary blades. Materials also crush alternately via collision, friction and cutting between materials, blades and gear rings. Small size powder passes through mesh under positive airflow from high-speed fans, flows into cyclone dust collector through tubes, and finally exits via material charge valve. Super fine powder is absorbed by pulse jet dust collector with cloth bag filtration; clean air is exhausted to atmosphere. Closed system prevents high temperature in chamber, stabilizing material properties.
