Fonctionnement

The operator places the degassing valve on the valve seat and positions the bag on the worktable. Stepping the foot-pedal switch triggers the pneumatic cylinder to press down; the 100 W heating coil (temperature set via digital controller) thermally bonds the valve to the inner side of the bag and simultaneously punches the vent holes (standard 3 holes; customizable 2-6). The cylinder auto-resets after the set dwell time.
