Tablets are loaded into the phi800 mm water-chestnut-shaped coating pan rotating at 32 rpm. The motor drives the pan to rotate, causing tablets to tumble continuously. The operator sprays or applies coating syrup or film coating liquid; the blower (200 W) supplies hot air while internal (2,000 W) and external (2,000 W) heating elements dry each layer progressively until a uniform, smooth coating is achieved.
