Fonctionnement
Tablets to be coated are placed in the inclined phi800 mm 304-SS coating pan, which rotates continuously at 0-50 rpm in an orbital manner. The rotational movement causes the batch to tumble and rub on itself, distributing the manually-added coating syrup uniformly across every piece. Concurrently, a 200 W blower introduces hot air (warmed by a 900 W internal heating element) into the open mouth of the pan; the airflow accelerates evaporation of the syrup carrier (water/alcohol), drying each layer before the next application. Operators repeat the syrup-add/dry cycle until the desired coating thickness is reached.
