Fonctionnement

The HF oscillation tube (7T69RB) generates high-frequency energy at 27.12 MHz, rectified by a silicon diode, then applied through a 400 V transformer to the upper and lower electrodes with a 250 mm gap. The operator triggers a foot-pedal switch that actuates a pneumatic cylinder (JNC 80×100 mm) to press the materials together for HF heat-seal forming.
