SED-8-8-4XGF-N PET-bottle juice rinser-filler-capper for non-gas beverages. 8 wash + 8 fill + 4 cap heads. 1500-2000 b/h on 500 mL; 0.25-2 L bottle range, Φ50-100 mm × 170-320 mm; plastic screw caps from Φ28 mm. Stainles
Fonctionnement
PET bottles enter the air conveyor, transfer to the rinser via star-wheel grippers. No-bottle-no-wash logic conserves water; clamp-on neck holders rotate-flush each bottle through 360° (no-dead-angle, high-efficiency mechanical rinse valves) at 0.2 MPa with ~600 kg/h of clear water. Bottles right and transfer to the filler. Vacuum-design balanced-pressure fill valves with igus springs dose at ≤0.15 MPa, achieving ±2-3% precision via SUS304 chrome-lined valves. Bottles transfer to the capper, where 4 magnetic torque-controlled spinning heads pick screw caps from a vibratory feeder with imported sensors (no-missing-cap detection) and seal each bottle. Format change is rapid (~3 s torque adjustment) thanks to German-style cap-mould architecture.
