Fonctionnement
PET bottles enter via the air conveyor and infeed star wheel into the rinse zone, where 8 inverting rinsers spray water (0.18–0.25 MPa) into the bottle to remove dust and microbes. Bottles right themselves and transfer to the filler. Atmospheric/low-pressure high-speed fill valves dispense purified or mineral water to a precise level (≤±5 mm). Bottles then pass to the capper, where 3 capping heads with constant-torque magnetic couplers pick screw caps from the cap-arranger and seal each bottle. Inductive switches stop the line on missing cap or low product level; PLC + HMI displays speed and faults; VFD enables one-touch speed adjustment.
