SED-8-8-3XGF-E 3-in-1 rinser-filler-capper for lactic-acid bacteria (yogurt drink) bottles, 300 mL nominal at 1,500 bottles/hour. 8 rinse heads + 8 fill heads + 3 capping heads. Suitable for glass, PET and other plastic
Fonctionnement
Bottles enter the monobloc via the infeed star wheel and are transferred to the rinser by stainless steel precision clamps. A water pump under electrical control sprays rinse water into the inverted bottle through the manifold. Rinsed bottles return upright and transfer to the filler via the middle star wheel. Cam-driven lifters raise each bottle to the AISI304 fill valve where the lactic-acid drink is dispensed at atmospheric/low pressure. Bottles drop and transfer to the capper, where 3 spinning cap heads pick caps from the cap-feeder, place, and screw them onto each bottle. Star wheels and outfeed guide plates carry capped bottles out.
