Fonctionnement
The machine uses 8 filling needles to simultaneously fill ampoules with liquid, then seals them by drawing the glass neck into a fine thread using a gas flame (gas + oxygen). A mechanical no-bottle-no-fill mechanism stops liquid flow when no bottle is present. The specialized gas mixing device blends oxygen and LPG/coal gas for clean flame sealing, and a flashback arrestor prevents flame return.
