Fonctionnement
Capsules enter via auto-feeder into a 316L hopper with full/empty alarms, then pass through a linear electromagnetic vibratory disk that gently aligns and meters them (with twin-stage vacuum dust collection). The conveying system (Yaskawa servo-driven, FDA-grade PE channels) delivers capsules to a fixed inspection position. Four front cameras and two end-face cameras capture 18 images per capsule under different custom lighting conditions. The image processing system evaluates all images in real time; nonconforming capsules trigger SMC high-speed solenoid-valve gate-type sorters at multiple confirmation stations, ensuring bad capsules are never mixed into the good-product stream.
