SED-8-2XGSX-F is a vial filling, plug-insertion, and capping line unit for pharmaceutical injectable production. The filling and plug-insertion unit (SED-8-2XGS-F section) uses dual-track conveyor in-line bottle position
Fonctionnement
Filled bottles are positioned on a dual-track conveyor and held under 8-head peristaltic pump nozzles for filling (±1% accuracy, 100–1000 mL adjustable). Pre- and post-fill nitrogen purge displaces oxygen to protect the drug product. Filling needles auto-rise after dose to prevent foaming and dripping. Filled bottles index in pairs into a rotary plug-insertion turret: a vibratory bowl orders inner stoppers and a sector vacuum head presses two stoppers per index. No-bottle/no-plug interlock prevents dropped plugs. The matched SED-2ZG-F capper then receives the stoppered bottles, a vibratory cap feeder delivers aluminum caps, and a twin-head 3-knife capping station crimps the seal before pneumatic outfeed.
