Fonctionnement
Each of 7 components is loaded into its own 20L stainless hopper above a 180mm spherical inlet. A 0.37kW gearmotor (10:1 reduction) drives a 57×350mm single screw that doses material onto a single load cell (Mettler-Toledo MT1241-5kg). A 32-bit AD-chip loss-in-weight controller compares actual mass against the target set on the Kunlun-Tongtai HMI, modulating the Xinje servo drive in real time. Components are dosed sequentially (cumulative weighing) — component 1 finishes, then component 2, through component 8 (8 channels available, 7 used). Alarms trigger on over/under-shoot, no-material, screw blockage, communication failure or motor fault. EMC shielding and module-level vibration resistance guard accuracy in noisy plant environments.
